Social Campaigns Manager

Job brief.

We’re looking for someone to help take Blackhawk’s Social offerings to the next level and make them more cohesive and efficient. We need someone who can lead the charge in setting strategies and tracking results across our Social functions. This person will have some client contact, with a focus on leading the internal team. They will also likely cover some Social execution for clients, as bandwidth requires.

Responsibilities.

  • Work with clients to define Social marketing strategies across ads, organic, and email platforms, and connects the dots between the execution team
  • Work with clients to define goals and success metrics of the strategies
  • Work with Operations to develop and maintain the processes and tools for Social Campaigns
  • Oversee Social team functions (Ads, Organic, Design, Copywriting, Email)
    • Have a pulse check on how these functions are going (red/green/yellows)
  • Manage Social team capacity
  • Guide Employee skill sets and training per company needs
  • Hold career path and development conversations with your direct reports
  • Work with Sales team to scope incoming projects
  • Assist with Social execution if/as needed

Requirements & skills.

  • Knowledge of standard and current Social practices
  • Experience with Social reporting
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Loomly, Figma, Facebook Business Manager) and analytics tools (e.g. Agency Analytics)
  • Very organized and able to work in spreadsheets to layout campaign calendars and strategies
  • An eye for both copywriting and design
  • Confident in front of clients
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
