Client Manager

Job brief.

We’re looking to expand our Client Success team and help keep our clients happy. We need someone who is customer-centric and has great relationship building, organization, and communication skills. This person will work closely with the Head of Revenue and Sales team to ensure our clients have the best experience possible when working with us. They will also work with the Operations team to fulfill contracts.

Responsibilities.

  • Onboarding & access
  • Manage quarterly campaign execution across Operations teams
  • Identify & pitch future strategies to clients
  • Identify & close upselling opportunities
  • Manage client happiness & client emotions
  • Be the voice of client internally
  • Track contract deliverables & deadlines, and ensure the team executes accordingly
  • Create, analyze and send reports
  • Run review calls
  • Be the POC on 25-50 accounts
  • Manage $35k-$75k in monthly revenue

  • Self-starter, very detail-oriented and has the ability to handle multiple interactions throughout the day while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively escalate issues as needed while understanding the impact on the overall business
